A store credit will be issued upon arrival, less the original shipping cost. ANY RETURN WILL BE DONATED TO A RESCUE IN NEED. WE WILL NEVER RE-STOCK AN ITEM BACK INTO OUR INVENTORY DUE TO POTENTIAL BIRD ILLNESSES. In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Returns are Simple!
- You have 90 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return. To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Us page, or contact us by email or phone.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless an item is defective. In that case, we will email you a postage-paid return label for the defective item.
- Item(s) must be new and in their original, unopened packaging.
- A refund will be given within 3 days of us receiving the return. A return will be given as a store credit.
