Store owner replied: Thank you for your feedback! These are intentionally a soft, easily shreddable material and are recommended in our listing for small to medium birds. A Moluccan Cockatoo has a much more powerful beak, so we would definitely expect one to make very quick work of them! For a Moluccan, we’d recommend choosing some of our larger, tougher toy parts that are designed for big chewers. 😊
Our green cheek loves shredding these. It’s also very easy to poke a hole through the center to hang or skewer.

My bird LOVES shredding these sola sticks. I only wish they lasted longer but they're very light, almost like a natural form of styrofoam, so they're quickly destroyed. At least she enjoys demolishing them lol. I give her one now and then as a fun bit of busywork or a reward.
