Our birds love these Seagrass mats. We make tents out of them and as you can see they chew these up faster than I can replace them .

Our caique is very particular about the toys he likes to play with, and he only likes toys that have specific items (leather pieces for chewing, thin wood to chip away at, vine balls to unravel, etc.). So it's nice to be able to buy just those pieces and build him toys that we can fix and replace parts on so they last longer, and after he's completely destroyed them we can make more of them from these pieces so that he can continue to play with the types of toys he loves. And with every order we purchase a few new things to introduce him to new options for his toys! My birds love it!
I used the lace I bought to tie the three mats into a tent, and it is attractive in the cage. It worked out pretty well, however one of the mats wasn't exactly square, so it made for a slightly crooked triangular tent! I almost wanted to return it, but I figured my bird wouldn't mind so much as I do!!!
